Payment
Payment by personal checks (shipping within 10 days after receipt), certified checks and money orders. Visa and Mastercard also accepted. Connecticut residents and out-of-state customers taking delivery in Connecticut add 6% sales tax.
Shipping and Costs
All packaging, shipping and insurance costs are charged to the customer. We can arrange delivery by any feasible method (e.g. Express Mail, Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx). Furniture will delivered by truck, usually within 3 weeks, unless other arrangements are made. We are equipped to deliver furniture ourselves within Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island for a delivery fee plus mileage.
Packaging & Insurance
We package moderate sized items ourselves. Other items are professionally packaged and shipped. All purchases are shipped insured.
Return Policy
Any item may be returned in the same condition as shipped for full refund (excluding shipping, handling, and return costs) if return shipped within 7 days of receipt. Notice of intent to return must be given by phone or email within 3 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. Any other terms must be negotiated in advance of purchase.
Please send us an E-mail regarding the item you are interested in purchasing. Include your name, shipping address and name and number of the item you wish to purchase. We will contact you via E-mail with the total cost to you the same day or soon after.
