Mechanical tin litho wind-up “walker” of Dick Tracy’s pal BO
Plenty, frequently featured in the Dick Tracy Comic strip of the 1930s –1960s.
Marx Toy Company of New York label is on BO’s back. Measures 8 ½ " high.
In good working condition. Hat bobs up and down as he shuffles along carrying
his pride and joy, daughter Sparkle, in one arm, and a gift for her in the other.
Paint is good for its age. Very little paint loss even on extruding edges. No
rust; bottom is very clean.
